Running lights not flashing when car is locked/unlocked

So recently i got my car back from the shop and now when i lock or unlock my car the running lights dont flash like they used to. Shop has no idea what the deal is because they didnt touch the electrical. The blinkers still flash though. A mechanic friend of mine looked into it shortly and found that diffent combinations of buttons pressed on both keys changes things with the alarm. Buutttt by the time he was at home and i went by he had forgot the actual combination of buttons to push. We did manage to make it so my horn wont honk on the second push of the lock button though.

Anyone actually know what to press to make it so the DRL flash when the car is unlocked or locked again?

you mean the corner lights??? take it to your local Honda dealer if still under warrenty. Wont cost you a thing.

Is it supposed to? 'Cause I never noticed that it does. For the front, I think only the parking lights are supposed to flash.

well mine used to flash i know that for sure...used it many times to see in the dark. now only the blinkers flash.

Sorry, but I'm not quite get it..... There are only 3 lights in the front: Low beam, High beam, and Park/Turn light. What's Blinkers and what's running light?

Blinkers = Parking lights/Turn signals
Running = DRLs

And, no, mine doesn't light up, only the parking lights.

DRL is the high beam... I don't think the high beam will light up when lock/unlock, at least never for mine.

guys it is supposed to light up. When you hit the lock button twice, the horn sounds, signal lights blink as well as DRL's.

oy veh...

The high beam isnt activated as soon as you turn on your car is it?? so why would it activated when locking and unlocking your car!

I've never seen my drls come on when unlocking/locking. My 06 never did it and neither does my 09.

Fog will on when lock/unlock? arrr... I better rush to my car and check that, got HID installed for fog and if that's ture it is not going to be a good thing for me.

easy tiger ! mine are looped to run with high and low beams so the wiring into my corner lights instead of the low beams, thats why mine do...stay calm over there...lol

I never hit it twice, so maybe that's why I'm not seeing it lit??
