Looking for an accurate quote

I am sure alot of you installed your foglights yourself. I have purchased the JDM Fogs for my FA5 from passwordjdm.com. Suppose to be OEM finish and fit. About how long can I plan on this task taking? Why does reading thru the instructions have to be frustrating?
