anybody have issues with ebay fogs cracking?

i was wondering how many people actually had an issue like this
i just installed some ebay fogs and im wondering if i should take any precaution to prevent them from cracking as im about to take a long road trip. or are they tough enough to withstand most road gravel

No cracks and I had mine on since just after the snow melted. Crap everywhere on the road and nothing, but just in case I just got the lamin-x for them as well.

I have mine for 3 years so far with no problems at all. After 1 year I put some yellow protective film on.

IMO. Save your money, and go OEM. Can't go wrong with that.

broke my fog light lens, 95$ for kit or 5$ for lexan + 1h so .. good to hear it's a good choice .. there's a curve in the lens, did you just silicon it anyway or did you do something to the lexan??

I live in Alberta Canada, they use sand on the roads in the winter time. OEM's would be cracked in a couple weeks just like Ebays.

I bought some fogs from one of the sponsors on here and cracked the first one in about 3 months then bought another set and they fogged up and leaked bad *sponsor said tough luck thats what we sent you* So I got a set from ebay and still havent had them crack. So ebay over sponsor easy!

autocityimports.com when I emailed them they said we dont warranty the fog lights we get them in and ship them out. *so in other words tough luck* He told me to take them apart and fix them myself. This is the same company that sends me the JDM yellow fogs that are not the same color LOL it was crazy. If I sold the stuff I got I would be in a sh*t load of trouble.
