fog light replacement bulbs

Hey fellas, a couple of years ago I installed some cheap ebay fogs, they have worked fine, I burned one of the bulbs last year; I ordered some replacements, which I believe are h3's, they sent me h11's, will these also work??

The bulbs are H11's.
