Replacing headlight bulbs

How to get to the driver side bulb? Do I need to remove the bumper or something? Thanks!

Turn your steering wheel all the way to the left, and go through the splash guards. It's held up by one screw, where the bumber and fender meet. Conversely, you can also just pull up on the coolant tank. It slides up and away from the battery.
