What do you guys think of the HALO lights?

I saw them for 49.99 + tax at a norcal honda dealer.
Are they any good? What are they gonna do? They said it is an upgrade. So will they just plug it into the existing housing? Will it blind oncoming people? Thanks.
[indent][indent]HALO HEADLIGHT UPGRADE!!

Improve the performance of your factory headlights. Brighter and farther light gives you increased visibility for additional safety. Most applications in stock from $49.99 + tax.

I'm thinking they suck also. I wouldn't know personally, but to me looks just like another one of those halogen-covered-with-blue-****-so-it-would-appear-to-shine-white-but-not-going-to-give-more-light-output-than-stock bulbs.

^^^yea, it's the other way around.

the smaller the number, the more usable white light. the larger the number, the more color it has.

4500k = white
6000k = whitish blue
8000k = blue
9000k = purple/blue

I have the HALO's in Platinum White. I think they're pretty decent for halogen bulbs. I got mine for $40 with a 1 year warranty though. Here's a couple shots and a video of the lights. People always think I have HID's.

It's true, they are just another set of lightbulbs, but imo look way better than stock halogen bulbs. Anyway, I got these before I knew about the vvme or ddmtuning HID kits. I'm definitely going to get a HID kit as soon as my lights go out but for now they're holdin' up.
