Low/High beam adjustment heights...?

I searched and found how to adjust headlight beams heights, but does anyone know how far back your car is supposed to be front a wall on a flat surface and to what heights the low beam should be at on the wall and also the height that the high beam should be as well? I have projector beams for my lows, so the height should be pretty eazy to see.

25 ft from the wall, perfectly straight-on.
If you're slammed the beam should be about 2 inches below the height of the lights. If you're not, try 3 inches.

And the adjustment knob adjusts both highs and lows at the same time, but high beam aim isn't so critical.
