What you could try is taking out the fuse so that you dont have DRL and just put in 55W HID kit in your high beam section and run that during the day. You will be SEEN.

it is also bad because when you use your nigh beams at night chances are you are just holding them on for a short time, ie flicking them on then off again, this causes a shortened life span of the bulb and could possible fry the harness, it is stated in numerous threads on here
Your gonna fry your ballast then fry your wiring. DRL runs at half the power or less, and if you know anything about electronics, you know that running underpowered is always bad.
I absolutely wouldn't do it because there's wide agreement of the wear on the HID bulbs from quickly turning them on and off but if you were intent, I think that with a relay kit (perhaps the standard relay on the kits would work) you could pull it off. Clearly the DRL's are runnin at 7 or so volts with the engine running. There's lots of resources telling you how the Honda DRL's work.
