That should be normal.. North American vehicles have their right headlights aimed slightly higher than the left for road signs and such. The left is lower so you're not blinding opposite traffic.
Why do most mid to late 90s and early 00s vehicles headlight beams all look like they're pointing to the right? Especially ones with headlights like these...
Idk. We had a 91 Camry and the headlights pointed to the right. And now i have a 1999 Montero Sport and my cuz also has a 1997 Montero Sport. Both of our lights spot the same way. When its on low 90% of the light spots on the passenger side. When its on high the light spots directly in the middle of the road, too much to the left. Its crazy, idk. My mom's 93 Toyota Pickup, 04 Tacoma, 87 GMC Jimmy, My dad's 94 Toyota pickup, and My Mugen are the only ones with decent lights. The lights my mom's 89 Camry, my 98 Eclipse GS-T, and my Montero all suck a**.
i got a #2 X 16" philips screwdriver (Kobalt brand) from Lowes last week to adjust mine. It was around 9-10 dollars. Perfect size for quickly adjusting the headlights and looks like the screwdriver will last a long time. I just keep it in the spare tire compartment just incase!
It will be a good if anyone can upload a video . I t will make process easy and better to understand.
