Hi witch kit of HID have to buy if I want a clean white look on my car. I already buy the nokya 9005 for my car but wan to put the HID to....what did you can recommend to me.....
The hid that I will use not have much intense... I will used because I don't trust to much the nokya 9005 I am afraid that can damage the original plug........ but if you have another choice that cant provide to me I will be really appreciated....
my brain bleeds a little reading the last post, VanSi07 is right that it isnt smart to put HIDS in the highs since your DRL will just cause it to go out sooner unless you pull the fuse for the DRL so they dont come on.
Any HID is going to be brighter than the halogens, but that's not the point.
The high beam bulb is used for the DRL, as GlassDoctor stated, and will likely mess up any ballast if it works at all.
Plus, even if you pull the fuse and disable the daytime running lights, HIDs are not suited very well too being flashed or turned on and off, which is often the case with high beams.
The Nokya is a much better choice. Or if you wanted something bright but white you could try a 9011 HIR bulb.
thanks for the info I will take that in mind...I will keep the nokya 9005 on the high lights and put 6k Hid on the regular ones....very help full your info thankss again....
I hope those who purchaes HID kits from ebay or online that you also receive the warranty. I do have some kits available but I will not post these up until I get my status here on 8thcivic taken care of with webby
