Fog Light Switch Harness Issue

Was installing fog lights on my wife's 2005 CR-V when it came time to install the switch wiring harness. Turns out the kit I purchased on E-Bay came with a switch harness that did not have all the connectors needed to hook up to the fuse box. I called the local Honda dealer and asked how much the harness cost. They told me that since the fog light is an accessory I cannot purchase the switch harness individually and would have to purchase the entire fog light kit ($300+).

Has anyone else ran into this problem? And if so, how did you go about fixing it? I know this is not a CR-V forum, but the members here seem to have a good bit more technical knowledge.

BTW, the company from E-Bay had the audacity to call me and ask for me to give them a 5-Star rating. Yup, I'll get right on that.
