strobe lights
ok... here's the deal just installed 9005 bulbs, their high beams/ daytime running lamps, the high beams work fine but when the daytime running lights are on i get this strobe light effect... installation went fine too! i used HID Lumenia 8000k kit off of CorSport.. any help?

it's an HID kit? there's your problem, DRL's don't use the full wattage of the bulbs so they keep the bulbs constantly on, but at a lower operating wattage than normal, your highbeams are going to work just fine because that's when the hid kit uses the full wattage of the kit, but not so much for DRL's
