Has anyone been successful in changing out head light bulb without removing bumper?

Has anyone been successful in changing out head light bulb without removing bumper?
It’s like Honda made it a point to leave enough space to get your fingers in but not hand.
I can contort my hand to remove the driver’s bulb but the passenger side is another story.

And if so.....

You only have to remove the tire lining on the pass. side and you can get to the bulb.

good deal bro. my brother in law is a Captain in the Army's fine 48th. He's head over in Feb2009 to train Afgan police. I told to make sure they always stand in front of him. F'ers seem to shoot each other a lot by accident.
He is more concerned about this next tour then the year and a half in Iraq.

yeah, remove a couple clips. Much easier then removing the whole bumper.

Its a Panel Popper or Panel Removal Tool. You can pick one up at pretty much any car parts place for around $6.

One side remove the wheel well panel, the other side take out the battery and your good.

Honda has what i believe is the ABS system right infront of the passanger side buld. I swear they did that on purpose.
