You should add the Sylvania Silverstar Ultra 9006(9006SU)

They are the brightest and provide the best coverage out of all their other bulbs.

u my friend are GREATLY mistaken
Silverstars are a joke
a marketing gimmeck
they actually put out LESS lumens
any bulb that is colored looses certain colors and therefore a certain amount of lumen output
ALL silverstars are NOT as bright as the original bulb, no if ands or buts
if u dont believe me, put on in each socket and compare at headlight level, youll find that the standard halogen is far brighter, just yellower than the silverstar!
and yellow is necessary to cut thru fog ;-) why do u think our headlights dont come stock with silverstars if they are superior?

if you need MORE light, there are only three solutions
XtraVision (a few more lumens than stock)
HIR (plenty more lumens than stock, a halogen with a IR coating that makes it burn brighter, but at the same wattage)
HID (ALOT more than stock, brighter, but as illegal as any, and could potentially cause oncomming traffic eye damage depending on housing and aim, unless projectors are retrofitted into the housing instead)

Those are your ONLY options, until me and an old member here figure out how to make our LED headlights work, which will produce the same lumens (alittle more actually) as an HID system ;-)

Planning on getting two kits. one for the driving lights and one for the fog lights. will the 9005 (hb3) work for the driving lights? what does the (hb3) mean?

9006 is your low beam
9005 is high beam/driving lights, issue is that u cannot use HIDs with the DRL (daytime running lights) they will blow the ballasts

Ok sorry for the stupid response but the driving lights are on the inside and the low beams are on the outside? I just want to be 100% before I buy them

haha yes, low beams are the ones farthest from the center of the car, the highbeams/drls are the closer ones, do not by HIDs for the high beam unless u pull the fuse for DRL

any HID kit that cost 41 bux u should be VERY weary of
i only trust Digital (retro resources) and K-light (by kassabain on ebay)
those are cheaper kits but good for the money, and even they are about 130 shipped (digital brand is actually a digital ballast too)

9006 is your low beam bulb
if you do your high beam bulb (9005) it will blow the ballast on ANY hid system due to DRL

also only 4300 K is recommended, anything above that you are loosing lumens AND cant do long drives due to EYE FATIQUE
