I got one. I like it, but wish it had more weight to it. I had a skunk2 one on before and like the added weight of it. But it feels really nice grabbing it.

I gotta say, I love the knob though.

So is it lighter than the skunk2 and since its a bigger knob does it feel like it has a shorter throw? Does it sit lower than the skunk2 knob?

Dude, It's WAY lighter than the skunk2. It does kinda feel shorter with the Mugen. It sit's about the same. I'll show you next week if you go to the meet.

As far as weight... jrotax101 stated it weighs 172g. I think the Skunk2 was 440g. It's a big differance.

BTW. If you wanta skunk2 let me know...I got 2 of them...a 10th anny and a regular one too.

I was looking at getting a custom made cover for my current shift knob to keep on it when I park in the sun. If I had the Mugen one I totally would get a custom cover.

Looks good! I just got the knob myself and im gunna purchase a shift boot from auger... How does it fit with the new shift boot? Do you have to use anything with it to fit better?

Agreed. This knob completely changed the way my car feels. It definitely changes the shifting dynamics with its comfy shape & lower height.

If i was to sell my knob, it'd be for more than $200, and I already have a buyer

The restriction is dictated by Mugen, not Honda. They're protecting the exclusivity that the Mugen Civic buyers paid a premium for.

That's why we can't sell it here at King.
