mz3 owner possibly coming to SI

Whats up guys,

mazda 3 owner here and I've been on the mazda3forums for awhile now.

I've had a lot of problems with my car, it's kind of a lemon. I've had bad experience at the dealership and what not. The ms3 was my dream car for awhile, and I was working towards getting it. But, they have bad turbo seal problems and what not.

I decided to get a si sometime soon. I started reading up on them, and they seem like great cars. How much longer are they going to be creating this model civic?

And is the comptech s/c recommended as far as s/c go? Does it void your warranty?

Thanks

-Dixon

honda usually does a change in the models every few years as to when they might or what it might look like who knows. as for the s/c i will let the more educated guy chime in on that

if you are considering getting one i might advice to wait for the 09 model just in case there is something new about it. that is if you aren't in a hurry, it's only a few months away. rumors are still going back and forth about the changes, but i would wait until then. for the possible changes and sales on the current model.

As someone stated above you may want to wait until the 09's come out to see if there are any changes. The s/c may or may not void your warranty, thats all up to the dealership that you go through. The dealership I go through did not void mine and I actually just had a fuel sending unit replaced under warranty You may want to look into that when buying the car...good luck!

Have you tried the Mazdaspeed 3? If you want something new an Si would be a good choice. I honestly think most dealers will be happy with any type of forced induction.

Yes, read my op.

I was really into that car. However, they can have turbo problems.

What are the changes in the 09's?

Thanks for the welcomings

that's just it, they are just rumors....people have speculated tweaks in headlights and taillights....supposedly there might be color replacements. who really knows.....the only way to know would be to wait for official word or release, and since it is only a few months away i would wait if you are seriously considering it, and not needing something right away. unless you just have to have this model, or find a smoking deal such as financing, i would wait if it were me. it might be that one little tweak that you say, god i wish i had waited. 4 months ain't much. and the 08s will be cheaper too.
