...my buddy Ray found out i got the title & was so happy for me, he wanted to take some shots. the weather was pretty iffy all day around here in Orlando; nevertheless, i washed up the car about 5:00pm & got on the road....

photo spot was around the Maitland Ave/SR436 area for any of the locals interested & yes, it was QUITE overcast, windy, & all around yucky outside & within the area.

so here's a couple nice photos of your April ROTM for 8thCivic.com. reppin' for the 8th, GRFXP, All Version Motoring, Holler Honda, Mugen, & HFP always.

also, it must be stated per Ray's request ("mx6GT91") that his Fit Sport 5M was QUITE dirty in the shot with his beauty alongside mine. a simple & fun comparison b/t Rallye Red (USDM color) & Milano Red (JDM color).

without further ado &/or rambling, here's the results of what turned out from our 2 hrs or so point & shooting. btw, he has a Nikon DSLR camera if any1 is curious:

comments & criticism; good, bad, or indifferent welcomed with open arms.

to answer your question: nah, its just the OEM honda lip kit gasket stuff that comes already w/ the kit painted & ready to install when you buy thru your local Honda dealer.

That's how they come from Honda. It's more of a rubber buffer so the edge of the lip doesn't "dig" into the paint where it touchs the painted surface of the car. Since your car is NBP it may not be noticeable @ all.

my apologies. it was sorta spur of the moment txt action from Ray to get me to wash the car irregardless of the impending weather fiasco.

matter of fact, my car currently sits waxed & wet in the garage as i went to the parents' house off Tuskawilla after the shoot to get some much needed & loved "home cooked meal." so i CAREFULLY drove back home to Waterford Lakes avoid any & every vehicle on the streets & road spray garbage SUCCESSFULLY!

so hopefully it dries up somewhat nicely (even tho i KNOWWWWW it'll rain like hell Friday & into the weekend).

OMfG do want more than life itself dont get me wrong...but just over $1200 bucks discounted puts me off a lil to be honest. i just DO NOT have that kinda flow sadly yet. in the distant future this would COMPLETE my exterior look so far as i can tell. but AUTHENTIC Mugen Si wing or NOTHING for me personally. no JDM, no replica, no JDM Mugen... only USDM Mugen Si w/ the 3rd brakelight & upgraded trunk springs. im picky as-if you couldnt already tell?
