Hey Guys GTI owner here

just wanted to check out ur forums, seems pretty cool. i test drove the SI, pretty sweet ride, really like the sound of the engine pretty sweet. i was dead even picking between the GTI and the SI but i decided to get the GTI. anyways the forum looks cool and im hope i can learn more about the SI and Vtec.

BTW im not here to bash, troll, be an A-Hole, just checking out fourms besides myfastgti.com to see other nice cars.

Here is my GTI-Feel free to comment

MODS: only Got Revo Chip, Blow Off Valve (BOV), and 20% TINT all around

everything else is stock

I used to own a 01 vr6 GTI. Loved it until the tranny started to go out at 60k miles. And i traded it in for my Si

They are great cars. Are you going to lower yours?? I think there is a euro suspension that you can get that rides like stock.

thanks guys, yeah im thinking about lowering it with some H&R Sport Springs, and maybe get a ATP Downpipe or a Eurojet Turboback to go StageII

those wheels look really nice on the car. they prolly weigh alot tho. do you know how much they weigh???

thanks yeah before my Thread disappeared randomly i stated i was Chipped, its a pretty cool mod, for $500 its not bad.

im planning on dropping it in the spring when i get a little more cash, gonna get some H&R sports. the wheels aint bad, i might powdercoat them black but i dont think i want to sell them, they look nice for stock
