Guess what took 3 months to do...

Yeah, took me that long to upload these pictures from my professional(ish) photoshoot. I know it's been a while, but I finally found myself not so lazy and uploaded them. Still need a drop, but good enough for now. Comments are always welcomed!

I know it looks kind of plain, but work in progress.

My only I.C.E. Best ever though.

I just wired some red LEDs under and wired it to 3 way switch so that I can turn it on and off when I want or let it fade in and out with the dome lights. I also did the same thing for the compartments and the glove box, but I put white LEDs. You can see the switch for the white LEDs in the last picture. There's a DIY for it. Usually you can't see the source, but I guess you can see it at that angle.

It's a 4-in-1 holder/charger/FM tuner and remote control for the ipod. I bought it off eBay from Hong Kong.

Thanks. Took a while to do though. Most of the time was just soldering the wires together, but it was just a PITA to run the wires through some areas. I didn't mind that much though. It was summer and I needed a little project.

Yup. It works with all ipods too. (Well, I don't think the shuffle counts, but yeah.) The remote is a little iffy though. Doesn't always work.

Ever think about overlaying your middle lip kit black? I think it would be hot with your scheme.

Yeah. I've been thinking about it a lot. I saw it in person with Albert's (Ayenoc) ride. It didn't leave a great impression on me. The lines didn't look that great. (I'm talking about the ends.) I might try it out if I have some extra cash lying around. Still saving up for a new daily driver, but so tempted to use the money I saved up on more mods. If someone ever sells their HFP lip overlay for cheap in the for sale section, I'll be the first to jump on it though. If I do the overlay, I guess that would mean a complete removal of the front license plate, which I wouldn't mind, but I wouldn't want to get hassled by cops for it. Mikey tells me all the time that I shouldn't worry, but yeah....

Yeah blue bat's overlay leaves the ends very ugly. It's not cut too great and it leaves some open areas at the end where you can see them. Better to do it yourself. There are a few people on this site who painted in themselves and it came out really nice. Better than overlays in my opinion.

I know painting would be the best option, but I would like the ability to take it off. I guess I can always buy a sheet of the vinyl, but the thought of an Xacto knife near the paint makes me shudder..... uggghhh....

Yeah. Like I said 3 months ago. It was when I just put them on. I was looking around for wheel locks, but couldn't really find anything good so I put on my old Honda locks.
