photoshop! lol
or get a picturetrail account and post them there. They will resize them for you

Get irfanview http://www.download.com/IrfanView/30...=dl&tag=button

Now open the image in irfanview.
Under tabs "Image" go to "Resize / Resample"
Choose the size under standard dimensions. Hit Ok
Then Save As, Don't save under same name it'll overwrite your original file.
Upload the file.

Your night shots are too dark, should play around with your shutter speed & use a tripod.
Daytime shots are too glaring, always stand at your back against the sun.

You dont have to read the manuals.. Point & shoot is fine.
You just need to pick good backgrounds & surroundings, eg: brickwall with graffities, deserted parking lot, beach front, trees & so on..
