no offence, but not the greatest sample since theyre two different pictures.
gotta be similar but here... just follow this link: Before/After Circular Polarizer Filter - Digital Photography School

anyway, they are least effective during the day for landscapes
but quite good for cars and stuff that tends to shine/reflect things

Gary, who's truck is that? Did you trade in your van?
Lens Pen! it works like a charm!

I finally got CS2 uninstalled and CS3 installed and updating as I type this...the key gen I had wasn't working anymore and I had to find another one. Thank god i was able to because you can't open NEF (RAW) D300 files in CS2.

Should have some of my first pics up over the next few days...

I didn't like the idea at first either, but it works and its better than using some type of solvent to wipe filters clean.

And idk what your talking about "pooped" but I like CS3 better than CS2 already

I noticed it does seem to lose some contrast and black saturation after I upload it, similar to how a RGB would look compared to sRGB in CS2. Anything I can do or is that the ACR?

Ekora, try not to do that whole black and white with something in color thing. That's something so cheesy and played out in the world of wedding photography that it makes me cry.

Also, watch your cropping. There's pieces of other cars in the frame that could have been cropped out. When taking panning shots, try to use a slower shutter speed to motion blur the background so that you get a sense of speed. Right now the car looks like it's parked on the highway.

I hope these tips help you out.
