Exclamation What Is This Thing???help!!!

I just bought my Ex coupe yesterday and saw this thing under my steering wheel, can anyone tell me what it is and what the buttons do when they are pressed?

NOW I'M CONFUSED, I BOUGHT EVERYTHING STOCK AND NOW YOU GUYS ARE SAYING YOU HAVEN'T SEEN ONE OF THESE BEFORE, I FIRST THOUGH IT WAS FOR THE ALARM BUT THAT MEANS EVERYONE ELSE WOULD HAVE IT, BUT YOU GUYS DONT, WTF IS THIS THING?????

NOT STOCK any way you slice it. How many miles do you have on it. Did you buy an additional security system or LoJack?

lol...whatever it is, the person who installed it put screw holes in your dahs...i would be pissed if i was you. you say the car is new?...well then go back to hond and tell them you want a car that has no holes or wierd crap on the dash.

It could be for the optional HFP smoke screen they put in some of our cars.

The dealership who sold me my last Civic had a similar type of gimmick. They "prewire" for security systems and activate it when and if you fall for their hardsell.
