Just put my order in for a my new EX Sedan Silver yesterday and should have it by the end of the week. I've owned a 96 DX Hatchback, just sold my 99 EX Coupe, and own a 03 Pilot, can't wait for my new 06! This site is pretty cool, I've been checking it out for the past few days. I would love to try the side mirror mod to the Hyprid w/ turn lights but can't find a price for them on the net.

Thumbs up New to site and to Civics.

I just purchase a slightly used, 4300 miles, Galaxy gray 06 Civic SI. It was not my first choice in colors but what the hell, it's an SI. Some dealers here in MI are charging premiums of upwards of $5000 above sticker. I currently have another passion-my moderately modded 1998 Toyota Supra TT 6-spd black/black 40k and also my newly FOR SALE 1995 Legend LS Coupe 6-spd in Milano Red / Ivory. I can't wait for it to arrive by semi hopefully later this week. Was $18,500 too much for this car it was owned by a 58 year old man who recently purchased a BMW M3. Any input on this car would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a good price to me.. I paid a little less than that for my used EX Coupe with 4,400mi. Did you find it on Autotrader.com or a similar site ... just wondering, since you said you were having it shipped in from out of state? Yeah, when buying used you have no choice on color when you find the right deal & car - you either buy it or you don't LOL. Galaxy Grey looks really good when the windows are tinted and the car is clean. I'm sure you will enjoy it!! :)

Hi.. I've been driving my rallye red SI for about a month and a half now.. I'm loving the car.. but I already put 6,000 km on her =(
I can't wait till summer hits cause soon enough she might get a new top (hood), shoes (rims), and hopefully I'll try to take her high heel boots off (suspensions)...

For the hood I'm probably gonna get the Seibon CF hood, rims I'm not too sure yet.. too many to decide... but I'm having problems trying to figure out how to drop my car.. should I get the Tein Super streets? Or should I just go with Eibach springs?.. or comptech springs?!.. or wait for the HPF suspension kit... ahh I can't decide! HELP!

I paid 18K out the door for my 06 EX Coupe. 18.5 seems really good for a used Si.

Hello everyone! I registered a while back, but haven't posted yet. I did have a question for everyone- have you heard that the Civic Si was limited or perhaps not available anymore (I mean for the rest of the year)? I went online to get a quote, and got a call from my local dealer. The sales rep stated that they had only gotten in two Si's, and that they were not able to order anymore. He further stated that he had heard that there were only going to be 15,000 Si's produced, so the chances of me getting one is slim.
Anyone know if this is true?
Thanks, Jim

the part about only 15000 si's produced this year is true. its always going to take a while to get one, but i don't think that they have even come close to that 15000 mark yet.

Hey everyone, long time listener but first time poster. Actually second time. Had some trouble getting the account configured, but thanks to webby i'm ready to go. I'm a 20 yr old sophmore at VA Tech, just got my silver 2006 Civic EX Coup MT a few weeks ago. Sadly it is back at home, and because i'm just learning to drive manual i wasn't able to bring it to school yet. So i have this sexy new car and for right now i'm around 5 hours away from it. My last (and first) car was a 97 Ford Taurus, and while i'm glad to be rid of it i must say i'm going to miss wondering what electrical problem is going to randomly ruin my day. Anyway, i look forward to getting to know you all and learning more about this awesome new car. If you wanna chat my AIM is persnicketyninja or my myspace is www.myspace.com/mjnewman

Mike

Just saying "Hi"

I've been lurking for a few weeks, and finally getting around to some posting. This is quite the nice community and I look forward to learning and so-on-so-forth.

I own a 2006 DX sedan, 5-spd. nothing special.
