I am not an 8th Gen Civic owner, however I drive an RSX. I frequent ClubRSX Canada East but I am in the market for new car soon and am thinking of a new Si. So far this is my first post and have only been lurking around. I think my decision is pretty set on picking up a new Si next spring. Hope you all make me feel welcome as much as the CRSX peeps. Hope to see you guys around. Peas!

Hey everyone, ive been a huge fan of 8th gen civics for a while and ive been browsing these forums for a few months

Bought a salvaged (no front damage) 07 fa5 about two weeks ago . Car only needed new rear axle (already replaced with a bran new one), bump out dents on read bumper and repaint, and a new tire/rim (also bought 2x original si rims for dirt cheap). That's it

Can't wait to finally be able to drive it. The only thing holding me back is the car title which usually takes about a month, so i have to wait another 2-3 weeks before it'll be mine

ah opps, forgot to mention that. It's silver, paid 9700$. (should be around 12-13k after everything)

A good friend of my dads makes a living buying / selling salvaged cars and exports them all over. We also bought a 06 honda pilot (fully loaded) last summer for the fam at $13000 total (after repairs, insurance, etc...)

But yeah, it was def a steal. I checked out the car after i bought it and it was literally like brand new inside.. i don't even think the trunk was used since it was empty / super clean as well.

edit / P.S - Wish i got white , would of been neat to join the crew after i did some minor mods hehe.
