I'm new and going to try 8thcivic. I'm old school going way back however I've found the new Civic Si and decided to give it my last run.

I had an 06 but traded it for a 07 one year ago. This will be our 7th Honda since 1985.

At 16 I started out in a 1952 Ford! After my experience in the military during the Vietnam era, I bought a 69 Ford GT and managed to squeeze out between 350-375 hp. I've raced motorcross and owned my share of street bikes. My first bike at 11-12 years old was a Honda 90 trail. Yep, those big 90 cc'ers with the baffle out! Thought I was cool. Poor thing died after only 2000 miles.

Now since the kids are grown and gone, I became interested in the K20Z3. The K20Z3 caught my eye and my ear. This little motor can pump out a lot of horses if built up properly. And with fuel prices? You have power and good mileage. Makes sense doesn't it?

Fact is I just sold my 1450cc Harley and some of the money will go into the Si. I'll post pics when I get time.

For starters:
Injen SRI (Because it's wet up here)
Hondata reflash
Heat shield gasket
Vibrant Headers

Hello.. and hope to learn new things.

If your new to phpbb forums then this might also be of some use to you.

There are more commands but these should be plenty to get you started.

Thanks man!, yea thats alot of help and i am kinda new to phpbb forums. I should have pics commin soon. I just got my 08 fg2 about 2 months ago, i learned to drive stick about 5 months ago on a 1990 civc ef lol it was kinda banged up but it did the job! I previously owned an automatic 06 nissan sentra. I thought it was time to upgrade to something much faster and my fg2 is more than enough. This was a big switch for me but im lovin it.

HEY POP...That poor trail 90 only lasted 2000 miles? You weren't hard on it were you?
Welcome to 8th Civic. com. You'll find the power and enjoyment your looking for in your K20Z3 engine. These engines are easily capable of 300 to 400 horses with forced induction and some common modifications. Don't look at it like this is your last run pop...just your best yet ever! Too bad I'll never see the 69 GT. I'm sure it was a bad-ass ride for sure. See ya!
