Superjay here. I'm a mod over at Sounddomain.com, but new here.

If anyone has audio or security questions let me know.

I have a Hybrid, but only because i get the carpool lane solo. It saves me about an hour each way, so the complete lack of power isn't such a downer.

Wow, a hybrid driver....I thought about a hybrid for the fuel savings costs alone, but then was turned off by the non acceleration and the fact that in NJ, the 'propel and coast' style of driving wouldn't work well with the roads and lunatic drivers and maximum fuel mileage would be rare for me.

I decided on an EX and go tonight to see if it came in to the dealer.

it works pretty well for me. Because I get the HOV lane solo I don't get as much stop & go, it's mostly 45mph coasting. I love the car, don't get me wrong, I just wish it had more under the right pedal. 110Bhp just isn't enough, my bike has more than that.

Plus, you can't beat 50mpg when gas is $4 a gallon.

Nice, I'm not bashing the car at all, it was a hard choice for me between the two. I liked the idea of the CVT's with the hybrids too, but my liking of manual transmissions and the fact that the seats go down in the EX, (lack of battery packs) was a good deal for me also.

Lots of luck with it.

Hi everyone! Just got an '07 LX Coupe last week - first "newer" car I've owned, and first Honda as well (although I did drive an '88 Acura Legend for a couple years). Great site here, I've already learned a fair amount about my new car just browsing over the last week. Don't plan on too many mods, but I did get the HFP 17" rims which I think will look great on the car (car is same metallic grey color as the rims). I'll post some pics when I get them put on, but unfortunately NH winter won't allow that for another few weeks anyway.

Hey everyone my name is Scott but everyone calls me scooter. I actually got on here because I was trying to get some information about the civic I just bought. I didn't realize there was so much out there. I just got an 06 ex 5speed and I love it so far. I have major plans for stereo upgrades, equipment on its way as we speak. I see everyone explaining what they've done, "mods" and listing them on the bottom. Unfortuantely I haven't done anything to mine yet, money is an issue always. But I enjoy the DIY's and the information out there. The one curiosity that I have is the "angel eye's" headlights. I love that look, as well as wish I had the money to buy the BMW to go with it, but if I could put that on my car, it would be even better. Any suggestions?

My name is Bill and i live out on Long Island in New York. I joined about a month ago and i've just been taking in all the info possible from people on what to expect from my car. I purchased a 2007 Civic Coupe LX 5-speed manual left over on February 1st 2008. I havent taken many pictures yet but i probably will soon, but everyone has an idea of what a basic 2007 Alabaster Silver Civic Coupe looks like anyway. So hello everyone!

If you consider the area, I'm sure it's not all that expensive to get a really big house. I paid 500K for a 1600ft2 condo in so cal. for that money, you can get a large farm in teh south
