Hello from a new member
New site member. I'm a mechanical engineer in the Baltimore area (but I'm a Steelers fan, born and raised). New civic owner. I found a local dealership with a few '07s left over for dirt cheap and I couldn't pass it up. So as of last month, I traded in my 16mpg (average!) Nissan Frontier for a Silver EX Coupe 5spd manual. I love it. Just a few mods so far - 6000k HID lights, K&N drop-in filter, stainless shift knob. A full suspension upgrade is next. I've had some good and bad mods on past cars ('87 BMW 325is, '01 civic, and '05 Altima SE-R) so I'm hoping to get it all right this time. My two rules to live by for cars: 1. Do some homework before putting out $$. 2. Make sure changing something won't affect another part of the car (example: I had a custom exhaust built for my '01 civic and then lowered it 2". The exhaust was built around the stock suspension and made some awful sounds when the rear wheels hit a hard bump.) So anyways, I'll be poking around other threads for R18 info. Any suggestions are welcome.

Nope, this is actually the first site i've joined. I had the Frontier for less than a year. It was nice for going to Home Depot, but I needed to get back into a small sporty car. I definitely don't miss spending $60 a week on gas.

Hey everyone,
My name is Frank, I just recently became a member to this forum because I went to my local honda dealership this morning and got me a brand new 2008 Si coupe in Fiji Blue with some fog lights. I will be picking it up by the end of March. I'll post up pics when I bring her home. Glad to be a part of this community, and I look foward to learning a lot from everyone here. Sup peeps. Planning to get the new 08 Mugen Si this coming week. Friend has it and I fell in love with it. I was looking at the VW GTi/R32 for a while but I'm now hooked on the mugen cause the handling is so awesome. Hope to learn a lot here as this will be my second car. First car is a 99 nissan sentra.

New Guy Here
Well, this is a first for me. I've never done the forum thing. Anyway, I just got an 08 Mugen Si 4 months ago. I would consider myself a die hard Honda guy. This is Civic number three and Honda number four. I guess really my main goal is to get ideas and helpful information about add-ons without blowing this one up. As of now, I'm looking at the Injen Short Ram, DC Header, and Hondata Reflash. Any other suggestion that won't kill my warranty just yet?
