Hey

Hey guys. The name is Julian, i live in Miami FL and i recently bought a 2007 Civic SI coupe in white. I've been out of the car scene after i totaled my Accord back in 2002, so i have a ton of questions for you guys. I work at a Pharmacy and I'm almost done with Fire college. I guess thats it about me. Thanks for your time, drive safe.

Hi All

Just picked up used 2006 Galaxy Grey Si Coupe about 2 hours ago. Drove home with a eatin' grin.

This will be the 6th Honda I have owned in 22 years

80 Buick Century - 1st car - hey you got to start somewhere
84 PreLude Se - 1st nice/sporty car I owned
91 Isuzu Impulse - Big Mistake - could not afford the Integra which is reallly what I wanted at hte time
96 1.6EL, - 1st New car I owned - tracked it a bit, nuked some motors (D16Y8's Suck) , sold it and bought the Si Hatch
93 Civic Si Hatch - Started as a daily driver, turned into a Nasty Road-race Beotch (Built 145 WHP SOHC) till I got our of the game about 4 years ago
90 Accord EX Coupe - 500,000 km Daily beater when the Civic Si got to stupid to drive daily (800# rear springs and bad roads do not mix well)
93 Civic Coupe DX - Replaced the Accord as a Beater when the Accord was written off
06 Mazda-3 Sport - leased it two years, nothing interesting from Honda at the time, tracked it a couple of times - turned it in this afternoon

And Now the 06 Si Coupe - daily driver and soon to be occational track whore (Parts are allready building up in the basement, to start the process)

17x7.5 Rota's with 235-40-17 RA1's
17" HAKA Snow's to go on the stock 17's
17x8 BBS RGR with 235-40-17 Hankook Z212's

Whoa - here are the pics

Tracking the 1.6EL

Tracking The Race Beotch

Tracking the Mazda-3

New Baby

Edit :

Right foot is having a private "kegger" party

"Rational thought" is banging on the door demanding stereo be turned down and party stopped before the cops are called

"Seat of the pants" is having too much fun, locked the door and turned stereo up to drown out rational thought

Horn finger is twitching alot - must be coming down with something

"Rational thought" having given up banging on door is working with 40 year old alter-ego calling everybody he can think of to stage an intervention, retainer dropped off at lawyer.

25 year old alter-ego is passed out - 19 year old has cut phone cord and is dancing naked in the living room to Metalica with a bottle of Jack Daniel's

Cheers

Moose

Yo! My name is Dave, I live in Vancouver BC.You can call me dave or Kimchi The reason why i say kimchi is because its been my nickname for a hell of a long time. Whats up guys! My name is Matt and I live in KY. I've owned several different Hondas since 1999. I purchased my most recent one last night: A 2008 Civic Si Sedan in Fiji Blue Pearl.

I needed something sporty that still had enough room for a child seat in the back so it was either this or a used Evo. I ended up going with the Civic for several reasons. Mostly because I got this brand new for less than I could get a nice used Evo IX for and also because I love the smoothness and drivability of an N/A car.

I planning to install the optional fog lights and front lip soon as well as some type of springs for the time being. I'll be lurking around here getting other ideas too!

See ya around!
-Matt

Hey, have been on for a few months but have not really been posting much. Few quesitons for fellow Civic owners. Have the Greddy Kit ordered and should be here soon, have A new Greddy Type S BOV, gettin AEM Wideband and Boost gauge, and first question is where to mount the gauges. Have thought of puttin them on the pillar but with the side airbags idk if thats the best of ideas. Second is what mod to order next, V-Manage to go with the E-Manage....Skunk2 Turbo Cams.....or Skunk2 Lowering Springs.? Will write back and post dyno sheet once installed but any help with those questions would be good. Thanks

Hello Everyone,
My name's Alan, i live in Calgary, Alberta.
I bought an HCHII over a week ago and have been spending most of my free time on this forum ever since then. The amount of stuff i have learned in the last week is ridiculous, but well worth it, i'm sure.
The car is taffeta white, i just had my winter tires put on today. I will worry about normal tires and rims come spring. I also got the Carbon Fiber hood and trunk from Honda, but it hasn't arrived yet. My dealership will install it when it does. Essentially i want this ride to look pretty nice but obviously it won't have much (anything) in terms of performance/speed. I have been giving lots of consideration to different lip / body kits for the last little while, but am now pretty much set on getting the entire HFP lip kit for this whip. I also ordered some headlights and tailights off ebay and will install those when they arrive.
For a stereo i just got an ipod touch (being shipped presently) along with a car mount, so i figure that should be an excellent stereo interface. I am also getting a 10" infinity sub put into the back running on an Re-Q, which allows me to get reasonable power to the AMP from the factory stereo. Also just ordered a compustar 2W900FM-AS alarm starter to ensure i dont need to go outside and start my car in the frigid winter mornings up here.
Anyway, hello! I will post some pics of my car when it is starting to get somewhere.
