Finally got down to business taking some pics of my 07 Si Sedan (stock for now, savin up for HFP Lip kit and PnP HID.

Friends EVO IX MR is one rediculous car, he actually let me race against an 04-06 BMW M3 ( if anyone lives near pomona or walnut, there is this intersection Valley and Grand Ave.) He was having a shop installing his turbo timer and when we finished he told me if I want, take it for a spin, shiiieeeett how can I not resist. Well i pulled up side by side with a white BMW M3, I told him if I can max it out just on first and second and ma homie said, "go for it". Looked at the BMW M3 driver with a couple guys with him and those guys looking back at us, HAHA I knew it was on. Waited till the light turned green.
HOT DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM!!!!! Never felt something pull that fast off the line and on a straight away. I felt bad for the driver of the M3, he spent twice as much more than the EVO IX MR and i took him out on just the first two gears.

Yea i went through many sets when i had that car for 2 years, I started off with steelies and a set of hub caps. But there was a consequence in changing my rims on and off, the right passenger side wheel bearing went out. Kinda sucks but it was a little fix.

Sure the Evo is faster... but the M3 is just pure sex. Look at the interior of both cars.... thats where the money difference went. The Evo interior looks like it belongs in a car from the 90's.

I commute there to Pomona, sometimes i'm eating aroung Valley and Grand Ave. Rubios, L&L, In-N-Out, starbucks...yea there CSU POMONA

Gotta love both the FBP Sedan and the Evo IX. Both cars are so nice. Wouldn't mind having an Evo IX in my garage next to my FBP Sedan. Thanks for the great pics and story!

Thanks, it was mint before i ever sold it to this one person living in Carson, CA. What I last heard from the car was my front lip cracked and split in half. Now he's asking me to help him make another one....PSHHH thats his fault.

I should have kept the car and was thinking about a K20 engine (probably the first 4dr EF sedan with a k20), but i thought to myself instead of putting in a k20, why not get the 07 SI Sedan...ehhh so I did. Could have kept it as a beater and leave my 07 SI mint but paying $800+ for insurance is out of my league.

I sold it to that person without the roof rack, In-dash t.v., skunk2 shit knob, and broadway mirrors.

I left the front bra, Rota auto-x, springs/shocks, and greddy dp2 muffler for 2grand flat, and sold everything else seperately.

Interior was mint, i mean mint. It was an EX model so every single electronic funtion worked, power mirrors, and windows.

If anyone lives in Carson or around there and comes accros my car... give him a . As i recall, the car looks similar to the first pic but without the front lip.

Tell your friend he needs to find another wheel balance place. Why whould they put outer wheels weight on those BBS. I would be pissed.

Pretty slick old school Civic you had and it was clean! too bad you didnt keep it you could of turned it into a nice sleeper! Nice EVO and SI!

Thanks, I realized old skool 4dr civic's were tight. Hopefully in the future I'll pass that old skool look down to my 8th gen civic si sedan.

hmm i wonder how it would look to have those BBS on my car, it has a nice offset as well....yea imma have to try that out pics of those will be up next weekend

very nice rides! I wish we had the current generation Evo's in Canada...I honestly think the Evo X is ugly.

also, is that rear wiper custom on the evo or do they come stock like that?

Yea I agree with the Evo X thing, back looks horrible... welp gotta see for myself when it comes out

For the rear wiper, my friends Evo IX MR came stock with those. I think it's not necessary for a rally like that to have one, ehh just my 2 cents. It helps in the morning when the windows are damped.

i thought that the m3 would own the evo in the higher gears? but the evo was modded... haha never mind- regardless, two awesome cars i'm seeing here, two awesome cars.
