Finally!

Been on the site for almost a year with no 8th. On Saturday I finally got to trade in my S2000 for a brand new Taffy Si Sedan. Nobody had Nav and I wanted to get the car before the finance deal was over, got 4.9% for 60, which I think is a really good rate. I love the car and I at least got the color I wanted. It handles very well for FWD, and the clutch action is great. It's so nice to have so much room. After I sold my Ridgeline last summer I've been driving the S2k as a DD. I'm 6'2" and it got old quick. I bought that car as a weekend car not as a DD. Between fuel prices, and prices of new cars I think the Si in either form is one of the best bang for the buck autos on the market. I will be putting in one of the Pioneer Nav units with all the extras before too long. I will post pics later today. I am at the dealership doing a rim swap. The car I bought had 18" HFP wheels on it when I bought it on Saturday, and the service department was closed so here I am today doing the swap (going back to stock). I told them if they wanted me to keep the rims and not worry about it I'd be game but they weren't having it.

I'm 6'2 as well and i sat in a s2000 in the dealer showroom and it was so uncomfortable. I felt so cramped inside.

Glad you got the tw si sedan. I got the same car as well.

I am 6'1" but seem to have long legs. I sat in an S2000 and couldn't use the pedals. My knees would stop me from moving my legs. I couldn't find a way to move the steering column and neither could the salesman.

I love the Si! Have fun with it!

In with the new:

I had to sell both of these last year

But I just found out Honda is going to make a new Vtwin for next year and I'm I have to wait until my salesman gets back from Vacation on Thursday so I can put down a deposit.

Wow, Tommy! You go through Hondas quicker than Marc-o changes his Underoos!

The Sedan is my 4th civic and 11th Honda. My days of getting a new ride every 2 years are done. It was fun while it lasted.

I really dig the car, it's sweet. After reading all the clutch stories I was pleasantly surprised by the clutch engagement. I could see upgrading the suspension down the road but I'm pretty happy with the deal right now.

Cheers.

Too bad the s2000s interior wasnt big enough for you. IMHO I would've kept with the S, but that's just me... hope you have fun with your purchase
