just DIY painted now, haha. If I can somehow get an extra set of temporary wheels for a short period of time I will get them powdercoated

I like the rear tail lights, how did you smoke them? using a spray?

thanks

I sprayed them at first, but it doesn't look good without a quality clear coat.

They are now tinted with vinyls off of ebay. I'm not too impressed though, they started peeling at the corners already after about 3 weeks. I'm thinking of going lamin-x.

From what i've read, there are mixed reviews about the spray Some like em, others say its crap.

I want to do the lamin-x, but i'm not sure if it's legal around here. Make sure you post some pics if you do the lamin-x, i would love to see how it turns out.

Tinting is all depends on how to install them. you gotta do it right in the first place.

Yeah, I sort of redid it and the big peel hasn't come back. The vinyl is really thin and very flimsy from ebay, and the lamin-x I have for my fogs is really thick and much stiffer compared to that.

It'll do for now, especially with my most recent purchase that's scheduled to be delivered on tuesday, heh
