Finally got some pics of my new hottness...

Well hello everyone, this is my first post including decent pictures of my '07 NBP Si sedan. But before I show the hottness, a little about myself. I am 21 and am currently attending the University of Oklahoma. I am in my sophmore year at the college of engineering studying Mechanical engineering. I also am apart of our FSAE team.

Any way here she is...

She doesn't have her HFP lips on right now, there have been a few unfortunate events. I bought this car in Tulsa, OK were my folks live. They new a friend there that could help us out. So I test drive this one around and loved it. Already had sat nav and I wanted HPF wheels and aero. No problem right? Well I took delivery that day plannig on coming back the next couple of days when they got the parts in. Brought the car in two days later after I have been told all the parts were in. Well the day goes on and I am getting update calls from my sales friend. First call was to tell me that the Aero kit had been damaged by UPS and they would have to order another. The trick was that I had to head back to Norman for the later part of spring break. So I tell him to go ahead and put the wheels and tires on. OK... Second call, the tires were on back order from Tirerack so they had to get some local, He had to make sure it was ok to get more expensive ones. I said thats fine, I was prob going to switch em out later anyway. So they pick up a set of Toyo Proxie 4s and attempt to mount them on the wheels. After about 6 hours in the service depot, I just went back to see what was taking so long just to mount some wheels and tires. I was told that it took them 2 hours just to mount one tire and that they had to take the others to a tire shop near by. After a full 8 hours, they had the car ready. Oh and I was to come back to Tulsa the next weekend to get the kit put on. I get a call the next Wed before I head back that they had the kit ready to be put on. So I drive back on Friday to have it put on Saturday. Take it in at 7:30 am and get a call at 12:00pm. They ordered the wrong kit, a coupe kit instead of sedan. I was completely pissed. I drove all the way back just to be told it was the wrong kit and the real kicker is that I got a brand new Rock Chip in my hood driving it back from the dealer.
So after all that I just tell him to ship the kit to a dealer here in Norman and I will deal with them. I am still waiting for that call. Any way so until I get new pics with the kit on these are what I have so far.

Me looking like a peimp...

My G/F looking like a peimp...

Hope to see some of you midwesterners around at the SCCA events. And sorry in advance for spelling or grammer errors, its late. I am also sorry about being whiny, had to get this stuff of my chest.

It seems that this dealer was at least being honest and trying their best to make you a happy customer. The HFP look hot and are you planning on getting the HFP suspension?

Slick lookin SI you got there! Time to lower that baby too. Good luck with your ME degree. Those last two years can be brutal! I graduated with an ME degree about 5 years ago. It's a good diverse degree to have (autos, defense, HVAC, etc..) They all pay pretty well too.

Yes, another Okie. Hope we can meet up some day. Apparently there are lots of 8thgens in OK and I've been to both the meets we had. I'm planning to attend OU next semester but I don't plan to drive my car. I've heard many horrible stories about cars getting jacked or beat on.

HFP suspension definatly in the near future. They have been very honestly with me and the sales guy that I know is a real good guy, its just the communication between him and the parts and service people. But it'll be worth the wait.

It isn't as bad as some people make it out to be. It just takes some extra care to find a decent place to park it. I also drive a 79 911 SC to Norman sometimes and never had a problem.
