How's this for a civic? 56k Beware!

Hello. I'm Ben the Sexy Sweed, and I decided to drop by so I can learn some more about the great motors Honda made....

But we have a gen1 honda in our family. That's right a Gen1 1979 Honda Civic Hatchback. I have pictures below. The car has been through a complete tear down and restoration, and we are just about ready to start it now....

Complete with JDM Intake manifold, we just need to find a airfilter for it.... In the US of A, as even in Japan, it's not made anymore. It's a dual-carb Intake too!

Pictures:

Sorry for the mass of pictures, I'll try and get it all sorted out in the morning....

Why? It's a classic and should stay that way...

We're putting a k20 in a civic when I get one (yes, dad will let me do that), and since it's gonna be a 30mile drive to school, and 30miles back when we move, guess I gotta get a car....

But the thing is, it's a classic, and it's a first gen1 civic. It will be fun when the motor needs to be rebuilt, I doubt we'll be able to source engine parts, sourcing new bumbers took long enough...

You could probally find a way to put a d series motor in it, or a b series for some extra fun. But that car looks amazing and a great peice of honda history. If you can rebuild the stock engine, then keep it all original.

Leather interior. Wood Trim and steering wheel. You sure it isn't an Acura?

Looks like it is in great condition. Nice job!
