Did he really wash it with soap and all
? or did he just use the water to get the snow/ice off? Personally i use luke warm water to get the heavy snow and ice of my car. I dont know i'f i'm doing any damage like that. But i dont want to put an ice scraper to my windows or push the dry icy snow off the paint. I'd rather wet the snow and ice with luke warm water and have it melt/slide off that way.
