I miss 8thcivic already...

About a month ago, a pillar in a parking garage at school got the better of me...ended up totaling the car from the frame damage and such. Good news is I ended up getting about a grand and a half more from insurance than I would have if I sold it pre-wreck. A short two weeks later I found an '05 Accord Ex-L for the right price and had to pick it up before it was gone. It is in immaculate condition and I have to say the added torque is not a bad substitute

I will really really miss this site and all the information and experts it offered, even the trolls prowling around here day to day. Thanks to all of you who contribute for the betterment of the Civic world! ANYWAY on to the pics of old and new.

lol yea then i forgot i didn't have RWD...no it was just a stupid mistake, took my eyes off where I was going. Felt like a complete jack@ss for good long while.

ugh is right... Mad love for the V6 Accord, but I wouldn't be caught dead in one with an automatic.

I thought the same thing about automatics and I still do really miss the 6-speed from time to time, but I recently got a job in downtown KC and the thought of rolling through rush hour traffic for 30-60 minutes morning and night 5 days a week makes it a bit easier to drive my automatic

Yeah, traffic sucks in my 6 speed but I deal with it. The times I can go out on some curvy roads more than make up for stop and go rush hour traffic on the to/from work.

Lol, if only we had curvy roads around here. I have to go all the way to the Lake of the Ozark area if I want any part of that fun. I will definitely be back on the 8th in the future. I had way too much fun and love for that car to never come back.
