Went a bit lower - Page 2

I'd go with a 215/40 if I could do it again the 35 side wall is really small I wouldn't sugest running that size. Rolled and pulled them also trimmed the front fender lining a bit, might pull the rears a little bit more because im going to go a bit lower in the rear and would like to prevent rubbing.

Thank you sir!! Yeah I did most of the fender mods when i had a 225/45 it was rubbing like crazy so i pulled and trimmed

now the 225/35's fit with room to spare.

Next time you get pics keep me in mind lol, I'm curious to see what kinda gap you have. I was hoping to just grind and roll the fenders without pulling.

The only gap is in the rear and its like a finger if that! You can see it in some of the pictures in this thread kind of sucks that i still have a tiny gap tho

i was hoping removing both lock rings would do the trick.. but noooo lol looks like i'll have to remove the spring perch this is why i hate the 35 side wall!!!

A lot of guys remove the spring perch I'm just iffy on it. That's the only reason I got away from the idea of dumping the car. Your stance is the money shot

Ok I'm new to the forum and the Si/Car mod world but I gotta say... Props bro! That car is dam sexy! Idk if I'll sound ridiculous when I say this but, why not put some splash guards on the rear to take up some of that open space behind the rear wheels? It's a very small mod and very suddle (not sure how to spell it :P). I have them on my black 08 Si and I think they look great. Just IMO though.

Welcome to 8th gen!! I do like the splash guards but I think with my car being as low as it is I'd end up destroying them on the ground

I'm saving up for the jdm rear ill prob just slap on a hfp front lip and some side skirts and call it a day. I scrape on a lot of things

my exhaust is extremely close to the ground.. Thanks for the feedback guys
