Goodbye to Haley the Honda.
Well Saturday afternoon some old lady turned in front of me and I had no choice but to hit her. Car is totaled. Pain in chest and arm from seatbelt/airbags. Not sure what I'm getting next. But it prob won't be a civic. And prob not a Honda. But of course I will stay here in the site. The other woman is ok. But she sits too close to the wheel so airbag busted her nose. Hopefully I'll know soon how much I'm getting. Partout will come towards the end of the week
Sent from my SCH-I535 using AutoGuide App update 1/5/2013 looks like im going to be going to court or atleast contacting a lawyer, was trying to avoid this. i got up a list of everything i had done to the car with prices/part numbers/where to buy it. and faxed it to state farm on the 31st of december. she just called me back today after my dad left a message on her phone yesterday. she said that wasnt proof. i proceeded to tell her "im sorry i didn't keep receipts, i didn't plan on your client totaling my car" after asking her what i needed to prove it, she never responded. going to see if we can get in touch with her supervisor monday, and if we get nowhere im going to talk to a lawyer. UPDATE 1/20/13 talked to her supervisor and he was much easier to talk to, and said he agreed that i should be somehow compensated for the stuff i had done to the car. so he hired an appraiser to go and look at the car. so i thought things were looking up. he ended up appraising the car for less than they were offering? so we have a meeting with a lawyer tomorrow. |

Glad you're okay dude. The car does look like a total loss.
Who got the fault? I hope it's the lady who got it and admitted about it. Here's an option for a new car, maybe?
