Need Help With Deciding

Alright, now that I have some money, I can finally make this thread. Basically, this thread consists of some Ideas that I'd like to get for my car and what I want it to look like. I want feedback from all of you on what I should do pertaining to the "exterior" of my car in particular due to it's certain color. I will provide you with pictures so that you know what you're dealing with.

First things first, I'm going to be painting my calipers a Darkish Red on Tuesday so I guess that's an exterior mod. Interior and exterior are pretty much bare stock as I bought the car used. No modifications as of yet.

What I was planning on doing is de-badging the "I-Vtec" stickers because I don't think you can do much with it on the color car that I have but I still want your input. I was planning on carbon fiber overlay hood & trunk and smoke out the taillights but I'm not sure.

It would look awesome with both carbon fiber hood and trunk overlay.

definitely paint the calipers man! a buddy and i did mine and they turned out great, love em! also if you want a slight interior mod, take off the lock nut of the stock shifter. you can then twist the knob down lower so you get a cleaner look imo.

btw love the hfp rims. wish i had gotten them for mine!

Honestly your car looks clean as is with the HFP lip kit. JDM emblems and red out tails would look much better then smoking them.

I think the carbon fiber wannabes are ricey too. The painted calipers will look good if done right and last a long time if cleaned and prepped properly. Here's a pic of what I did on my vette. Notice I only painted the caliper AND the front pad red (Duplicolor kit) and the caliper bracket black (BBQ grill paint), this gives the caliper a one piece look.-

Don't paint your brakes. Rice imo. Get a BBK if you want color.

lol hardly bone stock when it comes with the HFP lip kit AND the HFP wheels..if you dont want them, i'd be glad to take them off your hands (for a super cheap deal though) welcome! red tails and emblems + exhaust and performance mods should be your way to go..and a lowering spring maybe depending on your preference

*UPDATE*

Calipers are now painted RED. Used Dupli-color to paint them, took the whole day. Pics up soon.

How long will it take to fade out? I still have the can of VHT so I'm not really worried at all. It's still high-temperature resistant.

I'm thinking of painting the rims Black, do you think I should go for it?

I've used rustoleum to paint brake calipers and they turned out fine and lasted.

Even if they do fade, I'll just re-apply VHT. Do you think HFP rims would look good on my car if they were black?
