One year later..

I purchased a 2007 NHBP FA5 January of last year, and I just figured I would show off what I've done so far. Nothing special but I dig it

Only mods are:
09 Front Conversion
Enkei PF01 18x8.5 +30
AEM SRI
Muffler delete
6k HIDs
Yellow Fogs
BC Racing BR coilovers
Asia Front lip
15% Tint all around

The day after I bought it completely stock..

A few months later, I went with 15% tint front & back, and got skunk2 springs..

Went for the 09 front w/wheels

Then these came in the mail yesterday, and we installed them last night..

Did my inserts in white and black plaid

Enkei Pf01s

Just for ***** and giggles, this is what I traded in when I got my Si..

Thanks dude! I was always a fan of the 1st gen SRT swap when done right. I definitely miss that thing. At the end of ownership I was sitting right around 375whp on an AGP Delta 46 kit, but started smoking pretty bad and didn't really have the time or money laying around to fix it. I ended up getting a reasonable offer from carmax on a trade in and had no choice but to take it.

I did it the cheap way and got a 2.4 from a stratus and then built it with the SRT internals and pieced together all the turbo parts.. so the only thing it didn't have compared to an SRT was the piston squirters. But it was lots of fun to tune and mess around with, was also lots of fun blowing cars doors off in an old neon.. But those motors can take a beating thats for sure..yours with 375 WHP is proof of that thats awesome man.

pic of my swapped coupe...

Hell yea, that thing is clean dude! They can definitely take a beating for sure, blowing peoples doors off in a neon PERIOD was fun lol was only running minor bolt-ons, stock internals, a fuel return line and the big turbo and was still hitting decent numbers. Just for fun, here are a few more..

ya thats a big snail!! lol

I was impressed with what the stock turbo could do, I was pushing 18 pounds so I can only imagine what that thing is capable of. Very nice though, years from now I could see myself picking up a beater SRT and strapping a big snail like that too it, to easy and to much fun for too little money !!
