Atruhondagrl's SI- Evolution of the Meanie
Ricky...  Always remember: There can be may imitators but there can only be one true original.  Edit June 07, '07: I wanted to creat a thread highlighting the evolution of this car but I still had this thread laying around. So here is the new edited and modified version. This is the Blue Meanie, a 2006 Civic Si that I've had since March '06. April '06: My first mod was an AEM CAI that was installed a week after I bought the car.  May/June '06: The next stage of growth for the Meanie was 17" x 7" Enkei Evo6 wheels in hyperblack. A GReddy EVO II exhaust and about 4 shifter knobs    July '06: Cleared headlights   September '06: Traded the Evo6 wheels for 18" RPM2's, Injen CAI, no kit yet, and in a great need of a drop  October '06: Finally got that HFP kit. Still needed the suspension   November '06: Got that drop and a powder coated valvecover:     November '06- June '07: car goes into storge while I go to kuwait.  June '07: Retros installed, ECU reflashed, Navi installed and SSR headers sitting in garage awaiting my return.       Mods list as of June 2007: Injen CAI SSR Header GReddy EVO2 cat-back Hondata ECU Reflash TEIN SS coilovers with EDFC SPC camber kit front and rear Progress sway bar Enkei RPM2 wheels in hyperblack (18"x 7.5"/ +42 offset) Toyo T1R tires (225/40/18) Projector Retro (Customlightz) Navi retro HFP Lip kit Lamin-X tinted tail lights HFP Fog lights Wrinkle blue powder coated Valve cover Comptech Short shifter Corsport shifter bushings Skunk2 weighted shift knob Auger shift boot JDM Silver spark plug cover (not pictured yet) Skunk2 billet engine accesories Spoon socks (not pictured yet) Custom painted grill Dream mods: LED tails and third brake light. Tastefully done. No altezzas or euros. Future mod: FI and that is it. I would like to thank all of you at 8thcivic whom without, most of this couldn't have happened. You all have been great and have offered advice, opinions and info at every turn and not just for myself but for others as well. You've inspired and in a few folks cases... conspired  You've bought my parts, sold me parts, help me install or remove things. Thanks to some of you for answerring your phone when I was having a moment. Thanks to those of you who've offered unfailing support via AIM, Yahoo etc. I'm still not finished. I will be soon though. Then I'll need to find another project. This hobby is expensive and addictive. A good plan and great help goes a long way. Yeah. I'm scared. What am I going to do when I get back and the car is finished? I'm going to need another car. I still want the 328i or an STI. I want a house more. I guess I'll see what happens and how much $ I actually make over in Kuwait before I start thinking about car #2.

come back and u'll be able to by me a new NSX or GTR in 2008 along with ur house, STi, hatch, jet ski, etc etc..... hijack an oil field...lol...i don't know how someone does that...but it's funny...
