Besides not wanting to cut the plastic, why not place it somewhere cleaner, like here (rough photochop):

It's interesting that you can buy Ford Expeditions there. It's also interesting that you get the north american market civic instead of the Asian market.

The most interesting thing though, is that you have suspiciously north american-looking change in your change tray.

^^ i was thinkin about that but...like i said i dont wanna drill a whole where if i ever make a mistake i have to replace the whole dash and that is more expensive than replacing the part that holding the mirror switch.

lol Until the push start is connected to a RWD honda. I'm really not impressed. I could do the S2000 "button" whenever I like, i'm really not hard up for cash.

and yes... for service, when you break stuff, radio stops working, cluster lights fail, airbag lights don't go off, srs lights etc etc.

And Dawn i'll call u to lock this

I like how he was called out on the American change and civic because you know that I drive around with euros in my car all the time and I drive a new Civic Type R.

Get'em Mike.

I never understood how people "cheap up" a new car, if you didnt have the coin to purchase decent items... dont buy anything at all.

You've taken your 2006 civic si... wired up a push button starter to your ignition switches ( which will give you grief if you took it into honda now)
just for the look.... which you DIDNT even achieve since you butchered the install.

Personally warranty is LAST on the things i care about.
But like you said... this is your first new car

and your headed down a dark dreary retarded path

...agreed

they are flamming him because everything he did looks like crap, the matts are ugly as crap and dangerous because they ride up on the gas pedal. The push start button he would have been better off not installing because, you guessed it, looks like crap. Why does he have american coins in his car also?

Ok eventhough I'm at work and i've tried hard to contain myself.. lets compare history here

You =

2006 Civic Si with an s2k start button that ( as confirmed by numerous people ) ... looks horrible.. and a set of " R " Racing Walmart mats.

Me =

Invited to Sema 2006... I'm in the banking industry...NOT automotive.
& Went out of my way to RESEARCH the products for people HERE.. so they could get some actual information
as compared to "FORUM GOSSIP"

Moderated on
Clubrsx.com , Honda-tech.com, Clubsi.com, JDMuniverse.com

Admined on
Ephatch.com, JDMuniverse.com

2000 Civic EX =

2002 Civic Si = Sponsored by XenonDepot.com, Showstoppersusa.com
1st place in Carlisle Custom Compact National show
Numerous other trophies

2004 Honda Element = TL wheels, every oem accessory, eclipse AVN navigation w/ dvd

2005 Acura TSX - Navi = Aspec kit, Volk le37 & Chrome TL wheels, Tein SS

and my 2006 Civic Si... which you have already seen

I've had over 8 sets of Volks, and a total of 30 sets of wheels. Met over 400 members on 8+ forums in over 20 states.

I'm ALWAYS helpful... a tad offensive ... but i'm just trying to save you time and money.

so again......

what have you done again?

When the man speaks(type-x), you might want to listen. He knows what he is talking about.

Why didnt you keep the stock floor mats???? Yes they might get dirty and muddy, but you can alsways hose them off.

maybe so about the push start button because personally i dont like it either... but cmon floor mats, really whats the difference what kind of mats the guy has... i had a set of crappy floor mats in the winter too so i can pay 10 bucks for mats not 100 from honda...

most of his threads and stuff take more than 5 minutes to read, but this time you can just go through it easily.

either its not him or something is fishy...
