Well, turns out I woke up and realized that price for the Accord WAS crazy...
I didn't buy it, and I'm glad I didn't...SO, here's the *official* and *final* farewell: Yesterday I got a new 2006 Subaru Impreza 2.5i (no no, NOT the WRX...too pricey and I like my gas 87 octane, not 93!). The one I got had a CAI, custom wheels/low profile tires, exhaust, and a spoiler (not the ugly STI one) added by the dealer...sticker price $18.9...Sold. sold sold sold. Even with the negative equity from my Titan I'm sold. Sure I'm back to where I started a year ago (owing USAA about $23k), but now at least I'm not taking it up the ass with 14mpg!! See ya on the road, Civies! I'll make sure to waaaave from my AWD Scooby if you're stuck in snow or somethin' ![]() |
