Just took a Jar of Peanut Butter to my VOLKS?? WTF!?!!?

Well Here is a little background on the Peanut butter.. lol

One of the cars i USED to have... was a Honda Element , as you ALL know they have plastic panels. A few of the older members said that if you got wax on the panels, that peanut butter and a towel would get the wax off.

So.... this got me thinking... The Te37's on my Si , i had purchased used from h-T and were great condition, except for the age. Production date was in 1997!!! jesus!

Sooooo... I got a Jar of some cheapo PB... few old rags... wax applicators and went to work

Pix don't even do it justice!

Enjoy!!

Here is a before of the wheel... YUCK!
(and yes some are missing the air caps.. damn kids )

God damn embarrassing

So i went buck nasy on them

I just wiped it in and let the natural oils do the work

Then a little fresh hosing off!

GULP... after i dried them off... COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES

This wheel i did the left half with a quick coat of PB and the right ...nothing

you can see the diff on the center cap!

NOW that the wheels were done :)... i decided to get a quick scrub on the ghetto sled

After a quick zip around the neighborhood and absorber on the rest.....

MAD K SERiES JOOOO!

JDM lsd sticker & pretty clouds =

Bumper sticker i got at a bar last night , Amish cover band was there theme
honestly they were INSANE! lol

XOXOX

Will it... probably, i highly doubt that peanut butter's oil could harm a finish of any kind..... i mean if it was THAT acidic i doubt it would be edible

My whole complaint on suggestions people had was..

buy this chemical to get that chemical off

So i decided to go ... Oh Natural

the pb method was recommended to me by a local detailer. He also said to use a soft bristeled tooth brush w/ pb on it aswell to get into the difficult places.

Some household stuff works wonders like that, sort of like how toothpaste will take scratches right out of CDs if you do it right.

Not only will you have a problem with teens trying to steal your Volks, but now the 8 year olds in the neighborhood will try to eat them.

Okay, that was unfunny.
