FYI...if you were to use a fluid head on the car mount, since it would be "locked" while you are driving...it would not affect the quality of the video...the best shot would be to use a camera that has some sort of 'anti shake' function...PDB

I have not done this yet, but it looks very cool... I was thinking that the recorded video picture might be a little more steady, if the mount was mounted on the drivers seat, so your body weight would help hold the seat in place better. I've noticed that when I'm driving solo and look at the empty passenger seat, it "wobbles/shakes" around a little(not major). When someone is in the seat, it doesn't wobble much at all(depending on the street surface, of course). I'm sure I'll end up making one of these. Nice work to the op.
