interesting how some cars have the silver trim on the door and some don't. I have a buddy with an 07 coupe EX and it has no silver trim. The OP has it...was that a running change from 06 to 07?

I plan on doing this at some point to my sedan...but there are four doors...ugh. lol. Is anyone adding padding to the back?

No the OP has an SI. They have the silver trim. I would love to have that, although at the rate my plastics on my driver door are wearing, it's just another thing to get scratched.

Anyhoo, I did this DIY today with black buttersuede and it looks GREAT. Everyone (people on here, my buddy, even my wife) questioned black with an Ivory interior. But I was right in the end, and my wife commented "it looks like that material was supposed to be on there."

I'll post up pix monday.

I wrapped mine, but i'll probably do it again, because I didnt sew the seem. I just wrapped it in one piece. I was easy. The thing just unclips once you have the main part that everyone puts the inserts one apart from the rest of the door.

Has anyone done this on a sedan? I took my door panel off and it's not even close. There is only like 5 screws and 15 plastic tabs. I still might try it tho. If I drill the tabs off perfect I think I could use screws in some of the places that need the strength. I hope. Wish me lck. Anyone know how much a door panel is? I might need to know this.
