Wow, I'm seriously happy to see that so many people have enjoyed this DIY.

I don't know if Jeremy (esx005) has responded yet, but the fabric was just a butter-suede that was picked up at joannes fabric store. We just looked around until he said that he found what he wanted, got a couple of yards, then left.

^ That's pretty much what I did, but not the same material. I admit I kind of hijacked the thread with the seats, but I'll be making a new thread soon

Nah man, you're good.

I mean, definitely start a new thread when you get the DIY all typed out and everything, but I don't think anyone is bothered by the fact that you posted your other project in here.

I'm thinking about doing this in my Rallye Red EX(interior is all black, no different color stiching), but the thing is I could either match the Red on the outside of my car, or I could math the blue Ambient lighting thats in the interior (from the guages, radio, etc)

Which would look better? I'm leaning towards matching the blue ambient lighting

^ I was going to say the red, but it's up to you my friend Blue would definitely get credit for originality.

Well, here's the link to the seat DIY, which is a nice complement to the door panel mod

We went and picked up the butter-suede from joannes fabrics. If you go in just about any fabric store and look around (or ask) I'm sure that you can find something for you. If not, go to the next one.

BTW, not my car.. I didn't do the work, lol. That was all Jeremy (esx005).

I think that's what Firm and esx005 used... damn that place is cheap too

You could probably get away with 1 yd because the sedan doors are shorter, but at that price, go with 2 and save some.

I'm sure all of the nice ladies in my area would be glad for the company haha. I just get weird looks at work when I try to discuss this stuff with my co-workers. They'll know better when I'm driving around super-customized.

I wonder if there would be a market for this. I know a lot of people are scared or worried they'll mess up their seats.

I wonder if this would be a better color choice?
