once again Honda blows my mind!
who the f*** hires these losers? christ!
the frickin parts guy told me it was right
behind the a-pillar (plastic with "airbag" written on it)??

thanks again Honda for....NOTHING!!!

lol, i don't know how he could have thought that. He obviously just guessed when he told you where the airbag was. Its not that big of deal though. It looks better where you put the gauge anyways.

oh i hear ya on that, and i agree that they look better
in the dash, but Honda is just Pissin me off lately,
i mean their great when buying a car obvisouly cuz it
means commissions in their wallets, but when it comes
to support later on they have no clue?

Yes, that is a sedan. The Sedan and Coupe might have airbags in different spots. In the owner's manual for the coupe, the Curtain Airbags are in the rook, not in the A-Pillar. Someone with a Sedan check your manual and see where the curtain airbags are. That should clear the confusion up.

Update:

After recieving my new Autometer Boost guage i have
installed it into the new custom pod. Now onto the
install/mod of the dash for the Civic as material needs
to be removed in order for this to sit right.

Sorry about the poor image quality as this is my bad camera,
ill make sure to use my better one on the acutual install in
the dash, the paint isnt as bad as it looks in the image.
