HOW TO TAKE OUT DOOR SEAL????

how do i take out the door seal...its like a rubber taped to the edges of the doors and the fenders..how do i remove it without damaging the clear coat and the paint????came with the car when i bought it...i didn't know it was that ugly when i first saw it...i was going to peel it off then buff it after but i wanna know some other options...

just peel it off it wont damage anything. then get just wipe the sticky stuff off.
