well i have no holes whatsoever in the bumper. a front tag is required and otherwise, a 167.00 fine + 2 demerrits is given to the driver. the lisence plate bracket is mounted through the grill, so therefore, no holes.

ill try to get the pics up tonight. My computers being a dink right now.

Connecticut requires the front plates. The dealer had to install prior to me driving off the lot. I told him, don't bother tightening the screws as they were coming right off when I got home. The front plates ruins the look completely.

Well... for me I get in trouble with no plates but it seems on the windshield I have yet to be pulled over however on this car I hate putting it there it looks ugly and vibrates over small bumps.

Here's what I thought I would say if I DID got pulled over... My front plate bracket broke off and ordering a new one from the dealer and in the meantime I'm putting on my windshield.

thats actually a good idea. yeah my friends dad is LAPD. & i was talking to him about it & he said it is illegal to not have them on your bumper. & the cops in california don`t really bust you for that reason. they might bust you if you got pulled over for something else but thats about it. & if you get caught then you will just get a fix it ticket . pay $15 . show them that you fixed it & your off. but thats a good idea. tell themm it broke off & your ordering a new one.
