Painting a HFP front lip

I am going to get a HFP front lip for my car... getting an awesome deal on it. The only thing is that it is no where near the same color as my car.

I was wondering, how hard will it be to paint it to match my car? I understand I would have to sand the old color off, prime, etc. Any advice?

the color should be pretty darn close, if not exact, to the color of the car. you got a pic?
